LCM Process:
O2PLASMA: Using O2 to produce ionic plasma to clean organic matter from the surface of the glass terminal area.
IC Bonding: Attaching the DRIVER IC to the glass surface
ACF&FPC Bonding: Attaching the FPC to the glass terminal area
Silicone: Silicone adhesive is applied to the terminal area to protect the exposed ITO wires in the terminal area.
Blackout TAPE sticker: Apply masking tape to the reverse side of the IC terminals to prevent UV light damage to the IC.
Assembly: Backlighting according to the type of customer requirements. Steel frame. Touch screen. Assembling the components together.
OEM process (Original Equipment Manufacturing):
